May 2011 Community Payback: Panel agreed that the best tasks would be those that show an immediate improvement, and which nobody else is likely to volunteer for, e.g. clearing shingle from the promenade, weeding the paths and steps on the Downs, beach cleaning (particularly after stormy weather), graffiti cleaning.
