Thanet the Movie: Welcome to the Casting Couch

The Hollywood moguls are salivating and the sets are being built - "Thanet the Movie" is underway. All that's left is the casting.

We already have a number of front runners, as you can see below, but we would like your help with some more suggestions. Please don't restrict yourselves to Councillors - every notable character in Thanet and East Kent will have a role in this blockbuster!

[Restless in Ramsgate]

I'm very intrigued by the idea of TDC counsellors. In what do they provide counselling? Stress brought on by loud noise? Distress caused by the lack of accountability in our councillors and council? Self-help in forming groups that can hold council to account?

Noted the following comments from Cllr Simon Moores on his blog entry of 3rd December. Although his post was about the effect of the Olympic Games some bright soul copied his comments but with a handful of words changed. Sauce for the goose or what? And in case you had forgotten Cllr Moores runs an air advert company
