I laughed and laughed at this... until I remembered that trying to get a night's sleep when this "comedy" is voted through won't be funny at all.

With my commercial hat on, I am asking myself whether TDC has been saving its (our) pennies for the legal challenge that will hit them over this night flight application, and for the compensation claims that will roll in (along the lines of the Manchester airport ones) when night flights are approved and we can no longer have "quiet enjoyment" of our home.
