HAVING ALREADY HAD NEAR MISSES WITH PEDESTRIANS ON BLACKSOLE BRIDGE THIS DEVELOPMENT WILL ONLY EXACERBATE THE PROBLEM. WHEN WILL SOMEONE TAKE ACTION BEFORE A FATALITY OR SERIOUS INJURY OCCURS?.
